Just another vw with cold start issues 03-04-2011 06:03 PM #1 So, I was told by the Previous owner that there is a bypass valve that is needed to be replaced because it doesnt start like how it should be (I have to turn the key for over 20seconds before it starts) sooo Idk what bypass valve he is talking about.
